I am a Registered Psychotherapist and I help high-achieving adults move from coping to connection.

Let’s work together to understand the emotional cost of your competence.

Hi, I’m Megan

Because resilience shouldn’t require self-abandonment.

I am interested in helping you.

    Family Therapy

Family therapy is a team effort. We meet together with the hope of improving communication, clearing up misunderstandings, and increasing empathy.

My Approach

I believe human connection is as essential as the air we breathe. Our interactions with others reveal who we are and can bring deep healing.

I ask lots of questions! I am interested in getting to know you, understanding your experiences, your perspectives, and your hopes and dreams. I want to help you understand your relationship with both yourself and the people in your life. I do this with gentle, non-confrontational questions and curiousity.

I’m committed to honoring diverse identities and experiences. I am sex-positive and queer-affirming and femininst. I lead with compassion and curiosity to create a nurturing, non-judgmental space. I welcome all topics.

Ultimately, my aim is for you to feel secure and supported in our sessions. I also want you to feel empowered as you navigate life's hurdles with courage and newfound skills. I am also a human and I recognize the therapeutic value of humour—it's a reminder of our shared humanity.
